Advertiser Refund Policy

Learn how Audientu treats advertiser wallet deposits, campaign reservations, unused balances, and billing disputes.

These materials are provided for public information about how Audientu operates. They are not formal legal advice and may be updated as the platform evolves.

Advertiser Wallet Deposits

Advertiser payments are generally credited to the advertiser wallet for platform use, subject to payment verification and operational review.

A wallet deposit is not the same as a guaranteed campaign delivery outcome and may later be used for reservations, charges, releases, adjustments, or reconciliations recorded within the platform.

Reservations, Rejections, and Unused Amounts

  • Where a campaign request reserves advertiser wallet balance, the reserved amount may be held while the request is reviewed or processed.
  • If a campaign request is declined or otherwise not progressed, reserved wallet amounts may be released back to the advertiser’s available wallet balance rather than refunded outside the platform.
  • Unused wallet balance may remain available for future approved campaigns unless a separate billing resolution is granted.

Delivery Reconciliation and Provider Charges

Campaign delivery, audience allocation, or operational reconciliation may result in internal adjustments, releases, or other wallet updates based on platform records.

Payment-provider fees, processor charges, or third-party transaction costs may be non-refundable where those charges have already been incurred.

Disputes and Review

Advertisers may raise a billing or refund concern through the Contact page using the relevant enquiry type and enough detail to identify the wallet funding or campaign activity in question.

Refund or billing requests are reviewed case by case against platform logs, payment confirmations, campaign status, reservation history, and any applicable policy requirements.
