Consent and Communication Policy

Understand how Audientu collects, applies, records, and respects communication preferences.

These materials are provided for public information about how Audientu operates. They are not formal legal advice and may be updated as the platform evolves.

Consent Collection

Audientu is built around user choice. Promotional SMS consent and promotional email consent are separate communication preferences where the platform supports that distinction.

Users may also choose interests or categories that help determine campaign relevance and eligibility.

How Preferences Affect Campaign Eligibility

  • Campaign eligibility may depend on whether the user has opted in to the relevant communication channel.
  • Interests, profile data, campaign rules, frequency controls, and advertiser targeting may also affect eligibility.
  • Withdrawing promotional consent may reduce or remove eligibility for future promotional campaigns.

Updating or Withdrawing Consent

Users may update preferences or withdraw promotional consent through available account settings or supported opt-out methods.

Withdrawing promotional consent does not automatically delete the user’s account and should not prevent access to unrelated core functions except where communication is essential for security, verification, or service delivery.

Promotional vs Essential Communication

Promotional communication is separate from messages that may be required for account security, identity verification, payment confirmations, service notices, or operational delivery.

A user may withdraw promotional consent while still receiving essential account-related communication where such communication is necessary.

Consent Records

Consent selections, preference changes, and related activity may be recorded for compliance, support, security, and audit purposes.
