No Unsolicited Promotional Messaging

Audientu prohibits unsolicited promotional messaging. Promotional SMS and email campaigns may only be sent to users with the appropriate communication consent and platform eligibility.

Audientu does not support unsolicited promotional messaging.

Advertiser Responsibilities

  • Advertisers must not upload unlawfully acquired contact lists for use on the platform.
  • Advertisers must not submit misleading, fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or prohibited content.
  • Advertisers must respect audience targeting, consent controls, opt-out requirements, and campaign-review decisions.

User Choice and Opt-Out

  • Users must be able to update preferences or opt out of promotional communication through available account controls or supported opt-out methods.
  • Promotional communication should remain distinct from essential account or security communication.

Enforcement and Abuse Reports

Audientu may review, reject, suspend, restrict, or terminate non-compliant campaigns and advertiser accounts.

Abuse reports may be investigated and may lead to campaign cancellation, wallet holds, additional verification, or account action.
